Dasha Logan

Dasha Logan is a 26 year old singer who has been singing professionally for the past 4 years, but started her singing lifestyle at the age of 4 where she had begun to fall in love with performing. She was offered her first singing gig at the age of 17 and that kicked off her live on stage performances. Being a big fan of jazz, funk, soul and RnB, she just loves singing!
Daughter to legendary Loganathan from the Alleycats, she has been exposed to the music life and scene from a very young age and been passionate about it since she could remember. She currently resides in Kuala Lumpur after deciding to make the difficult move away from home. 

She performs regularly in multiple restaurants around Penang Island, including Bagan, G Spot and China House. She also performs in Kuala Lumpur's Premier Jazz Club No Black Tie, Mezze, Circus and Alexis to name a few, and rocked Istana Budaya with the Alleycats in September 2011 and The Rock and Roots festival in Singapore in 2012 along the likes of Earth,Wind and Fire and The Specials. She also graces several magazines who have managed to capture her beauty and poise on stage. 

Dasha has also taken part in the Penang Island Jazz Festival and the Jarasum Jazz Festival in Korea in 2010 with much more to expect from Dasha. She also brought in 2012 at Straits Quay in Penang alongside the Aseana Percussion Unit. She also does multiple stints in London and is expected to soon release an album (fingers crossed!!!)

She has been involved in 2 small productions from Penang called "News for You" ( and "Id" which have been performed in Klpac Pentas 2 and the Actors Studio Bangsar.

Many have a passion for music but 21-year-old Dasha Logan has a gift. Daughter to legendary Loganathan from the chart-topping Alleycats, this talented young lady has been exposed to the music scene and life of a musician before she can remember.

Now an upcoming artist herself, she has been singing professionally for the past 3 years, but started her journey with music at the tender age of 4 when her love for performing began. At 17 she was offered her first singing gig which kicked off her life on stage and it naturally only took one performance for everyone to see what an amazing talent she has.
A true artist with a passion for music has her jamming to her favorite genres of Jazz, Funk, Soul and RnB. It's a rare moment to catch her without a tune on her tongue or more so, a smile on her face. 

Just one of the many highlights of her career was when she was invited to sing at the Penang Jazz Festival 2008.She's also been invited numerous times to sing in Malaysia's capital, Kuala Lumpur. She sings regularly at various high-end dinning venues around Penang island where the crowd comes for her and occasionally the food. 
Destined to one day be Malaysia's finest singers, this down-to-earth islander is truly in love with music and has been blessed with overwhelming support from her family and close friends. 

She's one for the history books.
