We went on a tasting spree and fell in love with the salsa, which has the perfect balance of heat and freshness, and the guacamole is a crowd-pleaser.
The top seller Stoner Burrito was a big hit and cooked fresh with a great mix of ingredients, even if it was very, very messy to eat! There is also chicken version and the garlic aioli pulled the fillings together to make a delicious meal.
We then tackled some tacos and loved the Spiced Chicken, but the Pulled Beef Taco was the star of the show for Chad and Lucas. The combination of soft tacos, tender, flavourful, spicy beef, garlic mayo, and the delicious mango salsa just elevated it to a whole new level.
With other great dishes like their Disco Fries and Chicken Wings rounding out the menu and a variety of sauces such as the beautifully balanced garlic mayo, spicy Sriracha Mayo and an incredible hot sauce to add to whatever you choose, Scout's brings the flavours of Texas to Uptown.
